Returns & Exchanges

At TennisGear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new racket or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have their plastic handle wrap intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
